Also called dried meat. Gulch sticks are made from the esophagus of cattle. After the slaughtering process, this is slowly dried in a hot air oven at 130°. To prevent it from shrinking flat, it is weighted down. Gulch sticks are therefore a purely natural product without any additives. After the drying process, the sticks are sawn into pieces about 12 cm long.
